So you switch hot to cold, burn yourself. Why do people still put separate taps in in the UK so frequently???? 2. They imply different useThese taps are designed to look like the excellently designed all in one tap where you can control flow & speed with one hand up/down, left/right. So - your instinct is to pull them up - which will actually break them. 3. You cant move between hot & cold with one handMixer taps with separate hot and cold taps stop you adjusting temperature with one hand rapidly to get the perfect temperature - you adjust one, then the other, then the other. Separate taps take that stupidity one step further - you can’t get the right temperature here unless you mix the water in the bowl! 4. No hot/cold labellingWhich is hot - which is cold? I had to burn myself to find out. This is seriously some of the dumbest design Ive ever seen in my life.
